By booking and purchasing a psychic medium reading, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions/Disclaimer:
Jason Shields reserves the right to limit or deny service. Recording or taping your session with Jason Shields is strictly prohibited.
Sessions with Jason Shields are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind.
When you a book a session with Jason Shields, he cannot guarantee that a specific soul will come through with a message. Readings are a requests to the “Other Side” and are considered “Experiments”. Jason Shields is not able to pick and choose what souls come through.
Please note that because of Jason's busy and unpredictable schedule, on occasion his office may have to reschedule your appointment.
Your LIVE psychic medium phone, video, and/or in-person reading is subject to your own personal interpretation and the guidance given is intended to be for entertainment purposes only. Only one person is allowed to participate or to be present in each reading by phone or Skype.
Your session is not intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of any medical, legal, financial, traditional psychological, or other professional advice and you should always seek the appropriate professional advice. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book, receive and/or purchase a reading, product or service.
FaceTime/Skype/Zoom readings vary in audio and visual quality based on your internet connection. It is your responsibility to make sure that your FaceTime/Skype/Zoom account, camera, microphone and internet connection is working appropriately. Jason Shields is not responsible for service interruptions within the Skype/Zoom network.
When you book a private session with Jason Shields, it is a personal session for just you only. Having other people on the Skype call or phone line will result in the reading being cancelled. There are no “shared” readings.
Private Reading & Waiting List
Placing your name on a waiting list for a session with Jason does not guarantee you a session. The only time a session can be guaranteed is when it is booked and paid for with a date and time assigned to you. Placing your name on a waiting list only guarantees that you will be notified when sessions with Matt or Angela become available again.
Digital Goods/Download Policy
Jason Shields offers irrevocable digital goods in the form of Ebooks, online seminars, and digital downloads. We do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any of these items.
When you purchase a digital good or download, an automatic email will generate and be sent to you with a download link. If for some reason you have any issues downloading, please email harboroflght@yahoo.com. If you lose the file you will be able to log back in and download again on JasonTShields.com.
When you purchase a digital download, you agree not to resell, distribute or upload to any other website or social media stream. It is intended for your own personal listening and or viewing only.
